Shipping, School Orders, Second-Hand Books and Zoom Sessions

Teachers and school staff can purchase items from the DSMusic Shop using a school order number at the checkout page. Once the order has been received an invoice will be generated for the school to pay and the product(s) will be shipped to you and/or you will be able to activate and download any digital products you have purchased.

You can also use PayPal or Direct Debit at checkout and you will have access to the product downloads following activation as soon as the order has been processed (immediately if paid with PayPal, usually within 24 hours for school order number purchases and when they are received by DSMusic for direct debit payments).

If you’ve purchased digital products, see the other FAQ for more information about activation keys, or below:

  1. Log into your account on the DSMusic website;
  2. Click on “MY ACCOUNT” at the top right of the website home page and then click “DIGITAL ACTIVATION” from the left-hand menu;

If you’re attending a presentation or session via Zoom with DSMusic, here are some handy tips:

  • Complete a test beforehand. This will ensure that any software is installed ahead of time. Usually, the download and installation takes 1-2 minutes. Test link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002262083
  • You can also find simple tutorials for zoom on the internet (Just Google it!)
  • For the best experience, using a headset or headphones is recommended. This will stop any feedback from your mic/speakers.
  • If you’re having trouble with audio/video dropping in and out or freezing, this is usually due to a slow or inconsistent internet connection on your end. Using ethernet (if you have it) rather than Wi-Fi can help. Sometimes refreshing or leaving the meeting and rejoining can also make a difference.

If you have bought a second hand book but would like to access the digital products that came with the new version email info@dsmusic.com.au with your name, the title of the book and the unique access number in the book. It will cost $10.00 for you to re-activate these digital resources.
