Due to the nature of digital products we are unable to offer refunds or returns for digital items.
If a print product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please ensure a photograph showing damage, with original packaging, is emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
A replacement product will then be sent to you at no further cost.
Note – only print products purchased directly from the dsmusic.com.au/shop are eligible for replacement.
DSMusic does not accept shipped returns.
